Thank you for shopping with I Have Notes! Because each item is made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production

All products are printed especially for you after your order is placed. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, though production times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been produced.

Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages, each with its own tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to our fulfillment partner, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate.

While we're happy to help resolve shipping issues, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside of our control.
